Recently, because of issues at home, both stress related and financial related, I haven't been doing a lot of eating. I just don't have the appetite or funds to eat how I used to. But I didn't think it was affecting me too much.

Today, I was making lunch for myself at home and in my spare time went to the scale. Last I checked (About a month ago) I was still in the 310 range, but lo and behold...I WAS 285LBS.

I was really shocked, and for the first time I was truly upset about my weight :/ I haven't been this weight since high school. I had all but given up on my goal to be 350 already, but now I have taken a monumental leap back. So basically,  I'm looking for some cheap advice on how I can put on, or at least maintain the pounds.

Let me say this first, I don't wanna do anything extreme that I won't enjoy. Ie. Eating butter or some shit like that, or like, drinking oil >_< I'm not THAT desperate. But any help about what to eat/when to eat would be much appreciated :/

Nuts. No, seriously. Nuts are great for this, they're like half fat some of them (peanuts come to mind) and they can be had for cheap from most food stores with a "Generic" brand in stock. Also, the fat in them is of the good variety (omega 3, yay!) but will still provide you with poundage. Great snack to have lying around the house, and easy to eat more than you intended. :)

Budgets - the suck, but another good tip I saw on here (Simbab?) was skipping breakfast until late morning, or just going straight into lunch. Doesn't require any extra money, but it does slow down the metabolism.
